Summary Responsible for coordination, development and evaluation of all outcome activities including, but not limited to, Risk Management, Quality Improvement, Survey Readiness, Infection Control, Clinical Development and Training.   Essential Responsibilities Promote evidence-based practice to improve quality, reliability and patient outcomes Serve as liaison with Chief Medical Officer and staff in the development and maintenance of clinical protocols Serve as liaison with Corporate Pharmacist and staff in the development and maintenance of clinical protocols Serve as HIPAA Compliance Officer Serve as subject matter expert for clinical safety and compliance Provide oversight
