Quality Management Coordinator
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Management Coordinator manages clinical improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director of Quality and Performance Improvement, Physician Leaders, Medical Staff Office and members of multidisciplinary teams. Audits clinical charts, analyses the data and monitors performance measures to identify areas of opportunity, applying the knowledge of a registered nurse to determine key factors in each case and identify whether the standards of care are met.  Manages the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation review process, working with Physician Leaders to analyze data and determine valuable quality measures. Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and trend quality monitoring activities,
