This role reports to the Manager, Quality & Patient Safety and will support the program management of clinical quality and risk management activities which include identifying, examining, and responding to quality/risk-related issues, requests for legal discovery, and complaints; coordinating quality and risk-related investigations to promote safe patient care and, staff safety.
